Very positive customer experience in this Starbuck's location. The staff is helpful and professional. "Becca" showed outstanding customer service skills, courteous and attentative to customers requests. The coffee was top of the line, and made just the way I like it! One of the best customer service Starbuck's location, I've visited in the area. It is not the the brick and mortal, or location, but the personality and professional staff that makes the customer service and atmosphere! Certainly, a 5 star Starbuck staff at Dallas highway!

This has been my go-to Starbucks for over a decade. Unfortunately, the wait times in the drive-thru have grown from 10 minutes to over 20.The staff is great, they always have been.And I know that workforce shortages are a challenge everywhere.But it's absolutely crazy to wait nearly 30 minutes in a drive-thru line for coffee. I'm finding myself less and less eager to go to SB to spend a small fortune and wait for such a long time.I'm not sure what the fix is, but I don't think it is sustainable.

Order $20 worth of drinks. The barista got two out of the four drinks we ordered wrong. Was kind enough to make us the right one. Almost got done with the drink and noticed there was a dead fly in it??

It sounds like they are not listening when you place the order. Just 5 minutes ago, I asked for dark coffee with light cream and he gives me light coffee with over a half a cup of cream put it. Ridiculous...badly trained people trying to multi-task when they cannot focus on one task properly.
A little slow this morning on preparing food for the drive-through, but they got my order perfect.
