I ordered two chocolate frosties and they were completely runny. They weren’t even cold. I walked in and asked for a refund and the white lady who must be the manager couldn’t have been disturbed. She made a comment that they weren’t allowed to give cash refunds, when I paid with cash. I guess they expect unhappy guests to just be okay with spending their money on garbage food. So rude. Horrible customer service.

me and my friends JUST exited this establishment, so. rude. no customer service whatsoever, judging looks all across the store, stared at while eating, trash just sitting out…so gross. btw, why do i have scan a qr code to get my soda…. never returning again. i ALSO food gave me and my friend diarrhea. explosive. not even after 5 minutes of leaving the store. can’t believe both the attitude and the food were appalling, thank a lot wendy’s for ruining my day.
Stephanie at the pick up windows she was extremely rude. I asked for my receipt and she said it was in the bag. Then asked for a replacement receipt, she took her time getting the replacement to me. When she came back, she threw it at me!!! We will no longer go to this location again!

Don’t know why I stop here, everytime they get the order wrong or miss food items.ALWAYS check the bag before driving off, as clearly the staff are incapable of doing this. Or better still go somewhere else. This time they forgot the fries with my meal. Last time I got the wrong meal completely.

Waited in line for 22 minutes to get food. Drive thru girl was rude and dropped my food and still bagged it. Two girls were in the kitchen vaping and smell was so bad other drive thru opened window. Drive thru would not refund my money.
