My daughter loves to go here so we go. But the machines are often broken or down for maintenance and the inside over all has a dirty feel.Every time we’re here there’s also teenagers that come in and help themselves to “samples,” make a mess and then run out. I feel like if the person working would stay visible it might cut down on this but instead the worker usually hangs out in the back, out of sight.

This place is gross. From the second you open the door it smells like sewer/dirty bathroom. It was dirty inside. We should have turned around at that moment but the kids wanted to try it. 3 barely full ice creams cost $18. The yogurt didn’t even taste good. Will not be back.

Not clean at all! Smells horrible when you walk in. Literally like sewage!!! Machines just dripping and leaking. Yogurt is separating out of the machine. Teens in front don’t help and aren’t paying attention nor do they clean at all.

It was fine. Went last night as a fun treat. We hadn't had froyo in a while, but we weren't expecting prices to have doubled in a few years! Yikes. We each filled our cups about 1/3 and got a few toppings, but nothing crazy and it was $20.The cashier was really nice and polite. A few of the machines didn't work. The flavors were nice, but there weren't a ton to choose from.

I was just at the location. My son and I picked our cups and filled them up. We went to the counter, put our cups on the scale and waited. No one was there. I figured certainly someone would come up, but that wasn't the case. We waited almost 3 minutes. So we left, the cups still on the scale. I don't know what to think about this place. There's a flavor called chocolate chip cookie that comes out blue! Hmm. They don't really change flavors, there are machines not working, and now no employee present. We went to Bruster's instead and enjoyed great service and great ice cream.

We enjoy it but it's getting very expensive

Rarely have good service. So bad that as much as I love frozen yogurt, even with Pinkberry and Menchies gone, still haven't gone back in years. On top, had a bad experience with upper management providing unsolicited and undesirable political comments in front of me and my kids. Won't go back.

I don't know what happened to this place, but what was once a decent place now smells like a mix of a dirty bathroom and strong cleaner, the yogurt has an off aftertaste like the machines aren't being cleaned correctly or the mix isn't being properly proportioned, and the owner only keeps one employee on staff at busy times leaving a single person to check out customers, take out trash, clean bathrooms, and immediately afterwards refill toppings.

I'm not too big of a fan of frozen yogurt, but theirs was pretty good.

UPDATE: The owner reached out immediately and rectified the situation.I hate to leave bad reviews, but I’m not sure what else to do. We went to this location on a weeknight and got 2 desserts. Our total was about $20 (hello teenagers ?). Within the first few bites we noticed two flavors in particular were really sour. As I was trying to pick around the sour flavor, I found a short blonde hair mixed in the middle (I have long brunette hair). At this point there was no resurrecting the “treat.” We each had only had 2-3 bites, so our cups were still full. I took them over to the girl working, explained that two flavors were sour, and showed her the hair in the middle of my cup. She apologized and said she did not know how to process a refund. I asked if I could speak to a manager and she said he was not there but she could text him. She did so, and we waited around but he never responded, so we just left. I have now called three times and left my name and number and I have received no calls back. I have called at different points during the day and spoken to different associates, but none were the owner. I understand that these things happen, but there should be a service recovery plan in place in the event a customer has an issue. The fact that the manager has been contacted four times now on my behalf and has not reached out is very frustrating. We will not be back, and I am very disappointed in that.

Used to go here all the time when I was younger, and it was great then. However, recently, they seem to be cutting corners and going downhill. More expensive, lower quality, not nearly as much variety, and the most recent time I went, the frozen yogurt tasted tingly in the way you'd expect from a carbonated beverage. Very unsettling. Not sure what's happened, but I miss the way it was before.

Brianna was amazing! She was very friendly and helpful and I saw her cleaning and keeping the toppings organized. Great customer service! Great froyo!!

This place is gross. It smelled like poo (not sure if they were having plumbing issues) and it needs a deep clean. Their topping selection is okay but could be better. The brownie pieces we got tasted a month old.
