“I never ever order on line but this time I did because my coworker was picking it up with hers. My only complaint is since I did not go and order face to face...I ordered extra lettuce only to get absolutely NONE. I'm a little irritated. Other than that everything else was good. I still don't understand how they read MORE LETTUCE and I received not even a little shred of it.“
“We stopped off here on a road trip. It was fast and convenient. Our order was a little complicated but they got it right the first time. It was in the middle of the lunch rush and those guys were turning sandwiches out like a well oiled machine. I don't think I saw anybody wait much more than 5 minutes for an order.Parking: You have a huge parking lot around the side. You have to walk an extra 50 feet but if you have a larger vehicle you should have no problems“

“Me and a friend came here to get lunch and catch up. It was my first time at this location of chicken salad chick and I was very pleased. The service was quick and friendly. I got the Fancy Nancy on a croissant and pasta salad. The food arrived at our table pretty quick. The portions were a good size and everything tasted amazing. The space is decorated nicely and was relatively quiet, which made it nice for chatting. I will definitely be back in to try some of the other chicken salad flavors!“

“This was my fourth trip to one of these franchises. Each trip was to a different location. This one was the best. I ordered a smoked chicken salad sandwich. It was tasty but I'd skip toasting the bread next time and leave off the tomato. The Egg Salad side was great but I almost ruined it by salting it at the table. The tea was weak and not very sweet.The service at the counter was outstanding. I was greeted immediately and given a great suggestion on how to get chicken salad and egg salad together at the most economical price. My food was brought to my table without much of a wait.“

“Born and raised in New York I grew up eating blimpie subs which of course we called blimps. It's nice that the sandwiches are just as good as I remember and the person who made my sub made it with love and patience. Food ALWAYS tastes better when the person handling the food enjoys preparing food for others. Best experience I have had in a long time.“

“Steamed subs with generous portions of deli meat. One of my favorite chains. Since Covid, they removed the wide array of hot sauces. You have to ask and their selection is very limited. It did detract from my expectations, but I think that is probably restaurant policy now. I've encountered this at several locations. Maybe next time I'll bring my own.“
“Boycotted subway for years because of someone's attitude at this location. NBD. Went back in to try the "new menu" and all this snazzy jazz and literally can't tell a difference. Subway is still making trash a$$ subs that look like a grody girl when the night club lights come on. All talk and no ingredients. You gotta buss that bread open just to take a peak at the meats. Usually I appreciate a tucked in appearance, but not with my subs. I wanna see them meat thangs hangin'. I could easily take this sub outta the wrapper, hold it bare handed while driving through New York rush hour traffic and not drop one ingredient on me. The food just isn't there. The employees will look you straight in the eye and make your sub that looks nothing like the picture on the wall behind them.Staff was nice this time and I really appreciated that.Boycott back in effect.“

“Whenever I swing by for lunch, I’m never disappointed. Did a mobile order and had to wait about 5 mins (I wasn’t in a rush) and the manager was very apologetic and gave me free cookies. Today, I went in for a sub and was greeted right when I came in. The people who made my sub were super friendly and made conversation with me. I understand that most places are short staffed nowadays and there are supply chain issues, but it didn’t feel that way here. Sandwich station was clean and fully stocked. Definitely the best subway I’ve ever been to!“

“It had been a while since I had been to a subway. Not much has changed. The two biggest things I noticed was the price increase and the Chipotle sauce was a bit different. Not a bad experience, the sandwich manufacturing individual assembled my sandwich in a satisfactory manner with all of the ingredients I asked for and was pleasant to speak to. The sandwich was good, not mind blowing, but is easy on the wallet. The new Chipotle sauce wasn't bad by any means, just a bit different. Keep it up subway.“
