Welcome was terrible and unwelcomingTo be great with the manager on the phone and 4 other people just milling around. Place was empty tables were open they took your name and number and told you a 10 to 15 minute wait. Absolutely sad.I ordered a cup of soup and got a cup half filled with soup. Now, the rest of the story of the bad restaurant day.We left Red Lobster and went next door to Longhorn Steakhouse.We were seated, and a very nice server came to wait on us. She took our order, including an appetizer.The appetizer came out hot and was very good, but then the trouble started.It took right at 45 minutes to receive our food (chicken fruit salad, two hamburgers, and chicken tenders). 9 times out of 10, the food will be good. Longhorn is one of the few restaurants that still gives good portion sizes even though prices have gone up. The customer service here is always good, whether you’re dining in or getting take out.
