The manager, adorned with tattoos along her neck, lacks customer service skills. Despite ordering through the mobile app for drive-thru pickup, there was an issue on their end, prompting her to instruct me to park and come inside, defeating the purpose of the drive-thru. Refusing to comply, I showed my receipt on the app, but she insisted it looked like a counter order either I come inside or cancel the order, despite the ticket clearly indicating it was for the drive-thru. Manager. Caucasian guy was very rude . Cursed at me . Told me he would see me tomorrow I told him I wasn’t coming back because he was so rude to me and he said good. All because I wanted light ice in my tea. I requested light ice when I placed my order due to having sensitive teeth . He was a manager and he lied and said his name was John. We the ppl need to stop supporting businesses where we get no respect
