Placed an online order for pickup. The food was ready when it was promised but it was missing ingredients that were chosen, the footlong cookie, brownie, and pretzel were all burnt, and the manager said that he could not do a refund, even if I brought the items back to the store for verification. Said there was nothing he could do about it, but that they would make sure for next time. The employees were not rude, just not able to help resolve a problem and did not offer any explanation...read full review

I love this store. Just hate the location. It’s located off a very busy street. I ordered the rotisserie chicken salad for curbside pickup. The store was nice, clean and welcoming. The owner and his wife made sure my order was done correctly and packaged beautifully. I wish I had taken a picture but I was so hungry. I will order here again.

I love this location because the young lady Gina can mulitask efficiently all by herself. This location is cleaner than the other Subway locations that has two or three staff members in it.
