“This particular shop did not have anything but wheat bread prepared. There is a broken pizza oven so a customer walked out. No provolone cheese. Limited garnishments. No spicy mustard. While I was ordering three people walked out. The very nice employee did say the owners name was Julia. Ms. Julia please stock your shop. I felt really awful for the female (only) employee there as she was getting the brunt of everyone's discord. She should get a bonus for today.“
“Normally, I eat at Subway, but since my wonderful experience at the Jersey Subs in Macon on Riverside Drive, this is definitely where I will be going for my sub fix. The Club Sub #8 was perfectly made and the bread was so fresh that I finished it in the car while my daughter was driving. I went there on 1/31/24 around 4 p.m., it could have been a little earlier than that, but the service was absolutely great. Since I’ve only eaten at Jersey Mike once or twice, I did not know what I wanted, so the staff was very patient and accommodating, especially, the Caucasian boy that cut my meat and the African American girl with the dreads that fixed my sandwich. I live in Milledgeville and wish we had that level of great customer service. The food was so fresh and good, I will always stop there to get my sub fix every time I visit the new mall, which is in a perfect location by the way. “Oh my gosh, the food is delicious, best fried seafood, maybe even best seafood, and best fried chicken (yes, maybe best chicken) I’ve ever eaten. Everything insanely delicious, I had to stop myself from eating, and it was difficult. The people working there were great. Prices are extremely generous. They were very busy, and the food came extremely quick, and perfectly prepared. Very clean. This place is a gem, if you are near Milledgeville, don’t miss it. “Love the DQ here in milledgeville! Only reason i dont rate them better for service is that you HAVE to check your order before you leave because they forget something every single time! But they are really friendly and the food is cooked properly and the place is clean!“

“This Firehouse Subs restaurant has the best employees! They are friendly & really care that you are happy with your food. I'm eating keto, so no bread for me! My husband was craving a sub sandwich, & I tagged along hoping to find a salad on the menu that would make me happy. I am a very picky eater, so I usually end up with a bowl of lettuce with cheese & dressing. None of the salads on their menu appealed to me, so I asked if they would turn their Brisket Sub into a salad for me. BAM! It was fabulous!! Kelvin took great care to give me exactly what I wanted. We'll return again & again to this location.“
