Many thanks to Jayllen, a young cashier at the drive through at KFC. Jayllen helped me navigate the KFC app. This young gentleman saw I needed help and he stopped what he was doing and came to the front of the store to assist me.. asked me about the app and reached for my phone to showed me how to navigate around the app to receive special pricing. I just went through the drive thru and got an 8 piece mix bucket, with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Got back to my hotel. The food was still hot and fresh. The entire staff there is very polite and courteous. The lady working the window was amazing. I got everything I asked for. Kudos to the entire staff.
