I love bbq and have eaten at several bbq places and Shane's is ok...to be a barbecue chain. The food is average. Their saving grace is, of course, the ribs. They always have some of the best, fall-off-the-bone ribs!! I ordered the Sampler...ribs, chicken tenders, pulled pork and two sides. More than enough to fill you up!! The ribs were good fall off the bone. The chicken wasnt seasoned that well. And the mac was not the best. The staff were very nice. Ooo and they had GREAT sweet tea and peach cobbler.

Dining in was great, love the service and music. Take out is a challenge. I have tried call in take out and order online, both failed miserably. I don't use apps, I hope they find a better solution for pickup orders.
