Great customer service and the fries are always nice and hot! I have visited three stores in the area and this is the best.Originally gave 4 stars, but, came back and gave 5, since I did get cold fries at another location nearby.
I often eat at this particular location; however they are very stingy with the condiments. It’s ridiculous. You have to pay for any extra sauces and the ketchup packs are extremely limited. Perhaps Zaxby’s can take some advice from Chilk Fil A when offering condiments to guests. Extremely disappointing. The drive thru ladies aren’t welcoming at all; however the guy in drive thru is super nice and friendly.

I really love that Zaxbys has (and as equally important, keeps stocked) the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine. My husband and I come here just for that oftentimes. Garlic bread is always good and French fries are great when hot. They have good sauces and unique menu items like fried pickles and Mac and cheese bites from time to time.
