Absolutely love the ice cream here and the service is friendly and top notch! The flavor selection is wonderful and I appreciate how clean the store is and that the employees keep it maintained well. One of my favorite cold stone locations.
First I must compliment the customer service. The young lady who served me was courteous while at the same time fast. She took all the orders rung people out and still managed to ask how my day was going. Excellent. The reason for the loss of 2 stars was there was no vegan ice cream. I think cold stone creamery is missing out by not having vegan ice cream. Unfortunately I won't be visiting again until they have an alternative non-dairy option.
