“We stopped for lunch here. I had the BBQ pork sandwich with sweet sauce and Brunswick stew. Both were excellent! The stew is not minced up, nor is it like vegetable soup that some places serve. It's kinda in between. It was awesome! Im a minced stew person, and i still loved it. Just a heads up, there is no indoor seating. it's all outdoor and to go. We sat on the porch at a table. “It was my first time there. We visit from Florida frome time to time.My cousin, who lives in Monroe. Georgia recommended the place. And boy was he right? We were a party of 11 and everybody was just wowed by the food at that place. Congratulations to the chef and staff who did come out and ask how everything was, absolutely phenomenal place. There was another family with us also visiting from Florida and we agreed next time we're up in Georgia. We have to stop by Tin Plate again. Thank you for the experience”

“I went to meet a friend who was just getting off from work so it was late when we walked in. The waitress told us the kitchen had just closed but one of the owners was working at the front and he became our waiter for the evening! He suggested mushrooms that were done in a brown gravy with cheese melted on top - they were DELICIOUS and I will have those again for sure. The salad was all fresh and cold. I got the peel-and-eat shrimp that night and they were cooked perfectly. I’ve had crab legs there before too and they were perfectly cooked! You can get just about anything - flounder, steaks, burgers, pizza, etc. I’ve never had anything that wasn’t good. It’s easy to stop there on my way home and either eat there or get something to go. It’s a family owned business that has been there for years. It has a great vibe and everyone’s always super nice! I recommend it all the time!”

“My experience at Willys was very pleasant. I came to write a review with honesty. When I walked in to when I left, the environment was clean and cozy. The seats didn't have grease or crumbs and I had noticed staff cleaning immediately from first glance.It may be empty at first, but that shouldn't determine the restaurant quality as the waiters were friendly and understanding too.The only downsides was that the wait time was a little lengthy and they had forgotten part of our order, but the food was amazing. “We stopped by recently on a Saturday before the library for a coffee and a snack. My little ones LOVED the little kitchen/play area. The barista was so sweet and patient with the kids while they made their selections. She even let them sample a little cup of popping bubbles for their bubble tea. My husband and I got to sit and chat over a cup of coffee while the kids entertained themselves with the play kitchen and toys. We will definitely stop by again soon.”
