Walked in to an empty restaurant. Five workers behind the counter. Yes, there was a line at the drive thru. I stood at the counter and waited to place an order, ignored by the whole staff. Soon, the line behind me started to back up. Still, everyone was focused on everything but the customer in front of them.Overall, the experience was ok. The bagel was barely toasted. Our order was correct, so at least they had that going for them.
I stopped by to pick up a large order for brunch at work and the young lady who helped me was sooo patient and offered ways to get more for the money too. The bagels were so fresh and delicious ? A big hit!

I love this place and would eat it everyday, the only thing is I always order 2 egg whites and usually don't get it. 9 times out of 10 it is regular eggs. The all nighter on a jalapeño bagel with 2 egg whites is the best bagel I've ever had if they would consistently make it the way I ordered. Oh and bring back the Bacon jalapeño bagel it was amazing!
