This place is the worst at night! They have a server in there that is very rude and she acts if she doesn’t want to do her job, and wait on people. never refills drinks had to ask multiple times , food was cold my kids food got sent back 3 times and still was wrong he also got a milkshake but it didn’t come till everyone was done eating the manager that guy brought food out for her but his attitude was no better I guess cause there was 7 of us and they actually had to do...read full review
My server Alisia (sp) was AMAZING! Her caring nature & service was above exceptional.The "cashier/hostess" Crystal, was not. I walked in & she was having a LONG chat w/2 ladies. After a good 5-10 min, I finally stood up. She pretended not to have seen me, though she looked me in the eye twice.A gentleman sitting next to me had been waiting for his to go order for nearly 15 min past the time they said it would be ready.I love IHOP but this type of behavior is why so many restaurants...read full review
