The owner should really retrain his managers on best practices. I just left and the drive thru hold times were flashing and they didn't have a chicken leg for my toddler. I asked for 2 chicken fingers instead but was told NO. I could have any other piece of chicken or I could cancel the original meal, be issued a refund, and then pay for the chicken tenders. A few days ago I wrote a review that explained how bad the service and food I received from this KFC.Well this morning I received a phone call from the Store Manager and she asked for me to come back and get a complimentary meal, exactly the same meal.She was very nice and understanding of the situation and said she would take care of the issue.
