Food is good if you like Krystals. Service is lacking especially if they are busy. They've had a sign on their drink refill station that reads "temporarily closed.". It's been that way for over a year. If they are busy, you are much better off going through the drive thru. Apparently, they put a priority on that versus people standing in the restaurant. NGL I’ve been craving Krystal’s for a while and I’ve been to two other locations and this one is by far the best. The food was excellent and the worker was king and pleasant. I’m super happy now lol!

This was the best experience I've had at any Krystals restaurant. The lady was very courteous and patient even though we had a large order and everything was prepared correctly.
