Went there for a quick lunch. Only for the order box to say stalls only. I don't have time to set in a stall to place an order to go. Plus tip whomever brings it to me. Thank you for reminding me why I don't go to Sonic
Placed an online order. Got charged the full price for everything even though they did not give me what I wanted the most and paid for. Was missing sauces and they were rude and I drove an hour round trip here to get less than half of what I ordered. They told me to refund it in the app, which is not an option. This was the note they left me. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for them to come back with my item and they refused to give me a replacement unless I paid another $5

It felt like the old timey place from the fifties. Except, no hot rods, no smoking, and no roller skates. The deals are still great, and the milkshake was fantastic with a cherry on top.
