“My 1st time here n my daughter took me, the waitress was incredible and every other person we came in contact w/ were extremely kind n the food was really good as well.Parking: Nothing much really just that it is a shared parking lot w/ other stores but there is def more then enough room 4 everyone.Kid-friendliness: The people are chipper n they seemed 2 have a great kids menu.”

“The food here is southern style mostly homemade like grandmom used to make. So when I’m in town, I make a point to go by here and Longstreet Cafe. However, this next generation needs to learn something about customer service. I had an abysmal interaction with ordering my food at the drive-through and then with the young lady working the window.I would recommend going in the restaurant for the authentic southern experience. I would also recommend the restaurant train their YOUNG staff on customer Service. It’s not a problem with the older staff.Food quality also wasn’t that great, but since it’s the first time that’s happened in about 15 years of eating there, I’ll still go back. Eating inside next time, though.”

“Breakfast Pizza is amazing and love that I can take and bake because it’s premade. Every time I go in a store that carries Hunt Brothers Pizza you have to buy one because the smell is amazing and mouthwatering.”

“I eat at Firehouse often but this was by far the best one I have EVER been to. I can't remember my cashier's name (young, red hair, around 1230 on 11/14/23) but she was so amazing. That was the smoothest ordering I have done too. Btwn here and Mrs.Wanda I really enjoyed the politeness and the atmosphere. Not to mention that their meatball sub is amazing! Keep it up Oakwood!”

“The wait was just a little bit long, but that is fine. The food tasted really good. My only real issue is that I asked for jelly to go on the biscuits. And as I drove away, I noticed that there was no jelly. So I had to pull back around and go in the store to ask for jelly.”

“My food came out in like 10 seconds. Kind of weird but it tasted good. The ice machine was broken and to make up for it they asked if I wanted ice when they gave me my drink. Good customer service!”
