We stopped in for a break during our road trip.The cashier up from was patient while we figured out what we wanted. She was able to handle multiple tasks at once efficiently.For being in a brown bag the food itself had good presentation. The chicken nuggets, and biscuit were warm, but not hot. The slaw was a bit runny. Despite those few things, it all tasted good.The lobby could use a remodel. The seats are worn, some ripped. It took 15 minutes at the drive thru. Then she forgot to give me my food. The a wonderful lady gave me my food. Very disappointed with the service, and the size of the chicken, it looked like the size of a quail.

Worst KFC ever. Ordered a 12 piece, got all legs and thighs. Reached out to the manager who hung the phone up on me. After a second attempt, I was told to return the purchase. I told them I was not going to drive 15 minutes one way and have a nice day. Worst customer
