Made an online order at about 6:25 for a pick up at 7:45. My boyfriend picked up the food with out checking it. The pizza was cold, dry and NOT EVEN CUT IN SLICES. The garlic parmesan breadsticks were not that, they tasted like plain pizza crust. called over 3x No answer; drove back there let the young lady at the register know she said she would remake it. After 5 mins i changed my mind and requested a refund. it was super busy. but this was unacceptable and very much an inconvenience....read full review
The pizzas were not the best, especially for their prices, they are a little expensive, the service was incredible, very friendly and attentive staff, I especially congratulate them! Thanks guys you do an incredible job.

Honestly such a horrible location. They did my pizza with no cheese it was the breaded and the sauce that was it. And when I was trying to call to replace something as soon as I had placed the order they kept me on hold for a good ten minutes. Once I was actually connected to someone, it was too late and they said the order was already in the oven. Disappointing, this Papa johns keeps being a problem. I'm done ordering from here.
