When I called for my pick up, they didn't answer and when I finally got someone on the phone, they said they would bring it out when it was done. I waited another 30 minutes before going inside and my food had been sitting. The order was missing food so I had to go back in and request it while waiting even longer. The steaks were very thin and dry.
It took a while for our server to come to the table. The bad part is that they weren't busy. Ordered the salad bar and an appetizer. We waited a long time for the appetizer and almost cancelled the order. Plenty of workers and very few customers. Don't know what was going on.

My daughter wanted to try it out for her birthday dinner, so we took her there. Price for the food was very reasonable, portions are small though. Loved the bourbon style wings. Deconstructed kebab was good, a little salt but good. My daughter couldn't eat fries as they were extremely salty. Drinks were awesome. Our server was amazing, courteous and quite friendly. She even gave my daughter a complementary dessert as it was her birthday. Overall visit was pleasant.
