I end up paying more at fast food restaurants where the quality doesn't even compare to that of Baby CJs. Baby CJs is one of my family's favorite places to dine in.”

“While in town for a basketball tournament, I decided to take my family to Big Ma's for lunch. I'm so glad I googled and found this place. If you are looking for a fancy restaurant, this is not the place. If you want some food that really feeds your soul, look no further. It was six of us, so we had a variety of food. The chicken wings, salmon, liver and onions, and turkey wings were all flavorful and perfectly cooked. The macaroni and cheese, greens, cabbag, and candied yams were also just as good. The young lady at hat sat and served our family was very attentive and a pleasure to be around. I prepare food, so I am very critical of where I eat. Big Ma's gets a 10 out of 10 in my book.”

“Good Mexican food here. There's a salsa bar towards the back. The cheese dip wasn't hot enough but it was good. This restaurant actually knows when you ask for cooked onions to actually saute them instead of giving raw and cooked onions.Friendly wait staff. Excellent horchata.”

“This little restaurant is "THE BOMB" for GREAT FOOD!! The dinning area could use some fresh paint and knew pictures of beautiful nature scenes or historical pics of Statesboro. “We found this place by chance all we knew was what the revies said and when we pulled up it doesn't look like much from outside I was like are u sure, we decidedto give it a shot and walked inside and it's kinda dark and has a strip club feel. “Maaaaaan, if you want good southern food, come here!!! Ms. Vera provides a scrumptious buffet 7 days a week. Breakfast begins at 6 & they begin switching to lunch around 10:30. Want all you can eat seafood? Come here Friday night from 6 pm to 10 pm. It's $19.99 all you can eat seafood or $39.99 all you can eat seafood with Crab legs! If a buffet is too much for you, they have other options as well. So, come on y'all; we have found our new favorite eatery.”

We let him know it was our first time here and asked him what he would recommend, he let us know he liked the philli cheese and that’s exactly what we got. It was delicious, honestly you don’t see much of customer service in this day and age but he was awesome! We will be back”

“The gm, Shaina, and her staff never disappoint. The food is always amazing. It doesn't matter how busy they get. They take the time to ensure all of your sandwiches are correct, and get it all done with a friendly manner. Of all the subways we have in statesboro, this one never let's me down.”

“My friend and I have eaten here several times and each time is a wonderful experience. Twice I've gotten the grilled shrimp, and I never leave hungry. The portions are fairly large and cooked to perfection. The grilled shrimp is also amazing paired with cocktail and dill sauces simultaneously. The service is top notch. Great job all around!”

“Loved it! They open at 11am and I was there a 15 minutes before. The owner walked out up to my car and took my order. Very friendly! He made my order within 10minutes. I got 2 pizzas and they were hot out the oven. This is my second time coming here and I've always received the same exceptional service and food.”

“Friendly and good food. The lemon chicken in menu is delicious. No bugs or other as one other review indicated, you can see the kitchen when you place an order in person and it’s clean. The buffet looks clean and maintained as well. The only ick is the bathroom on the side of the building is less than desirable, but as far as the food is concerned it’s not like you eat in the bathroom. I have coke here a few times and never had any issues. I suggest ignoring the bad reviews as that one could have been an one off situation or possibly joined the Togo food at their own home.”

“Stopped by to pick up biscuits for customers. Service was fast & friendly. Order was accurate. My BEC biscuit was delicious and my customer commented on how good their chicken biscuits were. Good coffee as well and a Health Dept. rating of 98. Judging from past ratings, they've clearly improved drastically. I'll be back when I'm in Statesboro. Much better than the other chicken place and open on Sunday!”
