“Me and my fiancé ate here for our first time on a trip from NC to Texas this past week. The woman taking our order went above and beyond explaining everything on the menu and was exceptionally knowledgeable and kind. The server who brought our food was also very kind and the food was great. If we are ever in Rome again we will be sure to eat here again.“
“Had some delicious burgers, cooked to perfection, medium for us. Also, the fries were hot, just enough salt, and the black eyed peas salad super tasty and peas were not over-done.Kate, our waiter/server, attentively attended to our table and helped make it such a relaxing experience, even with tables filling and people waiting for others to leave. She "knew" when to come around.I ate the red headed stranger. My taste buds were going wild with all the flavors, and i am not complaining about that. All flavors stood out on their own. My only tiny complaint would be that the bottom of the bun was too soggy for me to properly handle the burger. I ended up with a fork and knife, bit that's ok. I would also probably not order the bacon on top. The taste was great, but bacon too hard to eat on the burger.Definitely will be back when in town, and it will be hard not to order a burger, once again--but so many other great options!!“
“We have absolutely loved eating here!! The only problem is we have never made it past the Grouper Tacos to try anything else!! They are the best we have ever had anywhere and when you pair it with the Jasmine Corn Risotto you will be in dinner heaven..:)..We try and do the tacos at least once a week!! A++++“

“Loved the appetizers and hamburger we ordered. But the appetizers were brought out at the same time as our meal. We came on a Tuesday night, karaoke, woohoo. We were the oldest ones there, but not made to feel out of place; we were accepted & asked back. Luke was great, but karaoke was not organized, no rotation as with other kjs. But then he was having to take & make drink orders, look up songs for 1 person while getting a song going for another person. For Luke as a person ??.“
“We ate at Outback located in Rome, GA 3/28/24. We were at the end of a long spring back heading back to Wisconsin. The waitress and manager at this restaurant were our favorites. We cannot say enough about the manager, Eugenia and our waitress, Sam. Service provided by both ladies was outstanding.Eugenia is a young manager with confidence, knowledge and personality that will propel her to any management position she strives for.Sam, our waitress was very friendly, attentive to our needs and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with our meals.Both ladies went above and beyond our expectations. The service provided was outstanding. We appreciated all the kindness shown to us.Next year as we travel through Rome, GA again, we will be sure to stop at this Outback for another great experience. “The food was fine…..I had several kinds of shrimp…….and the popcorn shrimp was my favorite. My wife liked her salmon dinner. There wasn’t much to the atmosphere……we were the only customers sitting in the bar…..and the dining room was almost empty. The service, with Dylan waiting on us was excellent. He was very attentive…..and he was very helpful when we asked about some of the entries. This was the Rome, Georgia restaurant. We plan on returning. Thank you Dylan.“
“Stopped in on our way from Fort Payne AL to Atlanta on a rainy Wednesday night. Usual tavern menu, burgers, fries, chicken. But real home cooking and down-home friendliness. Marjorie took a kindly interest in us, strangers as we were. Very tasty food, delicious onion rings, good value for the money. Relaxed, country music in the background and somebody shooting pool.“

“Food was effin’ delicious. Whoever cooked my fish deserves a raise. Hard to get decent fish from a fast food restaurant but this place has never disappointed. I also love how they add some crispy batter bits to the box. I just wish the steamed broccoli had some seasoning! “Went for my birthday on 1.23.24 and Emily was amazing as our server. She was on point with everything and the food was amazing. I had the Portobello Mushroom Chicken, and it was perfect, with great flavors. My sides were the green beans and the rice, both of which had great flavor. We had the Cactus Blossom onion appetizer, which was so good, as were the fresh rolls! All-around great meal!“

“On my trips back to the Rome area I always make at least one trip to Landmark. Whether you order breakfast, lunch or dinner there are plenty of great choices on the menu. Portions are large and everything is prepared fresh. I have had many meals there but my favorite is breakfast and even if you have it for lunch or dinner make sure to save room for Peggy’s awesome cheesecake. If you don’t have room for it, take it home for later.“

“My boyfriend and I love Aventine but tonight’s experience was great! Alex was our waiter and he was amazing, he was super attentive and made sure we were aware of everything the restaurant had to offer, he even reviewed the menu with me to ensure I wouldn’t order anything that included things I was allergic to. Aventine itself is a great place to be, they even include koozies with beer purchases and postcards with the check at the end of your meal.
