It took a while to get my button answered. When it was answered, they were out of ingredients for the special milkshake of the month. I ordered 2 mini shakes and a large shake and small mozzarella sticks. I waited almost 30 minutes while they served the drive through customers. When my items were brought out, the lid was coming off a mini and it overflowed into my car. And the server didn't bring straws. He asked if I needed them after I asked for them.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Went on my lunch break for work. I sat at a stall for 22 minutes and watched the employee sit out front and hang out. I moved from the stall to the drive thru where I sat for another 20 minutes. I pulled to the window and saw two employees inside oblivious to the fact that there are customers there that may be on a time crunch or may want service or food at that. Slow service we had to wait in the hot sun for like 15 minutes for some person to get their food and our food and before this when I ordered our stuff I told the worker there what I wanted and she kept saying huh huh huh even though I spoke loud and clear and then after I ordered a drink she just disappeared for like something minutes and it felt like the worker just ditched mid order. Pretty good food (or in this case good drinks) but bad service
