“Have to drop to 4 star. On 3/27 at 12:45PM I arrive for lunch and it's closed for no reason. You can't just randomly close without warning.Best Indian Food I've had in a very long time. I tried the lunch special Paneer Tikka Masala with rice, naan, and a fried veggie pocket. I asked for onions in the gravy and spice level got.The owner/chef was back there making everything FROM SCRATCH! The dish came out DELICIOUS! Very flavorful and fresh tasting. Price was very reasonable too, it came to $11.65 cash after extortion (tax). This is a no-frills joint that serves food cafeteria style/order yourself. I've said it many times, INDIAN CULTURE DOES NOT TIP, I asked Indian natives myself. I don't dock them stars on this, I just don't tip. Service is non-existent sometimes, but it's all about the flavor and taste.I will be back ALL THE TIME! This place had food quality that was off the charts good!“
“Earlier this year, after the ownership had changed, there was some issue with food quality, but it has improved over time. What I have learned is that if there is an issue with your food, then speak to the management, and they will try to improve it next time.I have been ordering frequently based on my preferences from past experiences, and the food has been amazing, especially the biryani.“
“Great Food, Great service - Food is amazing and we really liked the service. I definitely recommend anyone trying food at this restaurant. I have to mention Raghava who assisted us was very welcoming he was suggesting the right food and helped us ordering the right quantity. Every item he recommended was up to the mark, gongura gobi, veg pulav, mutton pulav, cashew chicken.“
“Nice little place with some good decor. Given the small size of the place feels a little cramped for space .As for food, it is pretty good and large volumes. We pretty much had to portions of everything home. While service was good, they were certainly short on staff. Was disappointing to see a mandatory service charge for a table of 4 or above but would have been OK if they had the staff augmented for that.Rooting for their success, given the good taste and variety of food. Try the spicy guava drink ?“
“Stopped by for lunch as a friend suggested that they are doing great. It was a superb lunch. Did not know that buffet was there. The buffet had plenty of options for non-vegetarians and my vegetarian friend said he wished there were more veg options. They had a fish appetizer, shrimp fry and two chicken starters.. all very flavourful and i really enjoyed it.For the main course i loved the goat curry !!Was not left with appetite for desserts, so I can't comment.I felt the yogurt was store bought, but not bad.“
“Warm and cozy environment. The staff are all kind and make sure you’re looked after the entire time. The food is delicious and this place is my goto place for Indian cuisine. I recommend the chicken tikka masala with a side of garlic naan :)“
“My family and I love this location. This is honestly better than the original in Decatur. It's cleaner, the service is better and the food is fresher. It's not overcrowded with tables and the food comes out faster. Once we started coming here, we haven't gone back to the Decatur location at all. We ate here at least every 6 weeks“
“Just wanted to let you kow that the food was awesome with excellent quality/tasty. Beef was out of the world. Everyone loved the food and we catered for a party of 60. Once again great job by Cake world team. Santhosh & team nailed it ?“
“Not knowing what to expect, we were pleasantly surprised at the location. The menu had a good variety. The veggie thali was good. Be prepared for the spice level to be on the higher side, even though we were told it was mild. All the items in the thali tasted good. Ready to go back!Vegetarian options: I got the vegetarian thali and it was very good in terms of portion and taste.“
“My family loves Moon, it’s high quality and has a great atmosphere. We really like mild spicy food and especially love Indian and Asian dishes. We have tried many Indian restaurants in Atlanta, and Moon has the highest quality food, with exceptional taste, and they are always respectful of how spicy you would like your dish. They are actually a Nepali restaurant and their staff are very polite.“
“We've come here several times for lunch at work. They have a smaller lunch menu that allows the food to come out fast. You get a soup, side curry and chickpea fritters along with your entree for a great price and everything is delicious!“
“We go to Hyderabad House for breakfast on weekends. Their breakfast combos are very good quality and the coffee is good. Irani chai is excellent, reminds me of the chai in Hyderabad.Service is excellent as well, the gentleman managing weekend mornings is very pleasant and helpful.Vegetarian options: Combos chosen from Idli, vada, pongal, puri, dosa with three chutneys and sambhar.“
“Excellent tasting food. I asked for garlic naan and chicken vindaloo. I specifically asked for it to be spicy as I’ve been to other restaurants and it was not very spicy. This one was very spicy which is how I like it but also very flavorful. I highly recommend it.“
“Their food was excellentWe had them cater for our party. The delivery was on time, the food was more then sufficient and the taste was just like home cooked food. Some of the guests at our party wanted the contact number to be able to order food from Desi Hutz! Thank you for the great service!!“
“I cannot emphasize how amazing my experience here was. The food was so delicious. I got the Chicken Curry and my friend got the Butter Chicken with the Garlic Naan Bread and when I tell you I left there with a full stomach and a smile so big you could see your reflection on my teeth it was worth every penny and every second. They service was amazing. These were some of the kindest individuals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They were very kind and respectful and I will most definitely be back for more. I highly recommend this establishment if you’re looking for authentic Bengali Cuisine. They workers are kind and don’t hesitate to thank them and tell them how amazing their food was because it’s that good. I recommend this to everyone! EVERYONE!“
“Food made with love.1) Masala puri- Piping hot masala puri with all the flavors topped with onion, crunch peanuts, onion, cornflakes. In the cold weather eating this soupy masala puri touches the soul.2) Idiyappam with stew- Feels so light, comes with potato coconut stew, kids friendly3) Parotta with veg kurma - Nice parotha with mix veg coconut cashew based gravy.Wait is long. Though if you will go late on Sunday after 8 pm then there will be less wait.“
“Very good Indian dinner. The papadom was excellent. Mutton vindaloo was the best dish of the three we ordered. Excellent service, super clean restaurant, and enjoyable evening. Would like to see mango chutney on the menu. The mask was perfect.“
“Went on a Sunday dinner with family. Read Google reviews, saw a YouTube vlog video and drove all the way from Marietta. The food taste, quantity, and quality were all good ??. Fish fry was excellent and out of the world ?, chicken fried rice was delicious, kothu barotta was delicious. Only issue was the Biriyani, it did not taste like Biriyani., too much ginger garlic paste and over dose of masala. But Biriyani was made fresh. We also shared our feedback with one of the restaurant owners. He was kind and graciously accepted our feedback and suggestions. We will definitely visit again on a weekend.Authentic Taminadu style food. Atlanta has only 3 to 4 authentic Tamilnadu restaurants. This is one among them ??. Will be back ?.#Atlanta #IndianRestaurant #TamizhStyle #TamilnaduFood“
“I had an exceptional experience with Omkar Foods during multiple events for 20-30 guests. The taste was fantastic, Chandra's punctuality was commendable, and his generosity in providing extra items without charge added a delightful touch to our occasions. I'm looking forward to contacting Omkar Foods for future events. A solid 5/5 rating for their outstanding service and delicious offerings.“
“We had the best time eating in at this restaurant. We loved our meal and experience. We loved chicken 65, samosas, mutton biryani, goat vindaloo, and chicken Tikka misala. We will come again and bring friends to eat with. It was the best Indian at a restaurant we have had in a very, very long time. Amazing flavors!“
“This was the best dining experience I’ve had in a while. The owner and staff were all so kind and helpful. We let them choose dishes for us which was the best decision because every recommendation was spectacular. We tried the appetizers, curry, desserts, and cocktails. At the end we had a really cool drink that had cascading flames trickling down. 10/10 I would recommend. I can’t wait to come back!“
“Still rice stars after all these years. Bombay Flames is where I treat myself for lunch. My usual is their signature Palak Paneer and I jones for it every couple of weeks. The lunch buffet is gone, which is perfectly fine with me. Yeah...maybe a little more expensive if the appetite is huge...but the single servings are a fine size for yours truly. The spice level is legit, ranging 1 to 5, so you best have your big boy pants on if you sign up for 5. I'm a spicy food lover and 3-4 is plenty. Still one of my local favorites.“
“Bay Leaf is an awesome restaurant. The food is outstanding. My wife and I went there for the first time last nite and we were blown away. The restaurant is not fancy, but the food and service are exceptional. Linga (the owner) is very personable and helpful. Bay Leaf is a hidden gem. Give it a try.Vegetarian options: Try the Batani Chaat.“
“Nice ambience, great flavors, value for money! Fast service and no delays in serving food. This place will definitely get your south Indian breakfast cravings satisfied. Yesterday for dinner we ordered Kaara Idly, Mysore Bonda, Poori and Ravva Onion Dosa, it is yummy ?.Vegetarian options: All the food items including sweets and snacks available here are vegetarian.Parking: It's located near Hanuman Mandir so we have enough space in the complex as well as there is plenty of space in the opposite school parking lot.“
“My aunt has hosted dinner here a couple of times and the staff always goes above and beyond to make our experience seamless and enjoyable. The food comes out fresh, the variety is great, and they all really go the extra mile to make us feel taken care of.“
“Mar 24 update: they are moving. ?Visited on an evening as a dip stick check to explore. I will add more details later once they offer more cuisines ( South Indian from Aug 23, as I was told).Place is tastefully decorated with nostalgia about the chain. Service is quick. They have good number of tables and seats.I took a Vada Pav take away. It's packed in appropriate container. It tasted well. The vada size can increase a little, though. In surroundings- you don't have such cuisine and faster service. I wish this business flourishes serving the needy taste buds in the neighborhood.Vegetarian options: Full veg restaurant“
“Had Nashik Special Misal Pav and boy it was spicy. It was too spicy for me to enjoy it. But my tolerance for spicy food is low anyway. Attendant was kind enough to realize it and offered a bowl of curd, twice. Although I will come back, won’t be repeating this misal. “
“Visited for the first time today at the lunch buffet. The food was excellent. The flavor and spice was right. It certainly cleared my sinuses. I have been a semi regular patron of another buffet, Madras, since before the pandemic. I would say the food here is of better quality, but the other buffet has more options by far. Give Sankranti a try. The building is beautiful as well. I paid around $16 for Friday lunch buffet, before tax and tip.“
“One of the best Briyani around Atlanta.Dine in experience was not as great aa expected. Felt the service was bit bad.Kheema dosa and baby corn was good. Paneer Tikka was not that much good. Felt I should have opted for biryani as usual.Bith Chicken and Onion Samosas was disappointing.“
“Was pleasantly surprised by the weekday lunch buffet. Extensive selection with a number of items like dosa, idli, vada, poori, naan served at the table upon request, soups, indo chinese items, a number of vegetarian and non-vegetarian entrees/appetizers, couple of desserts and masala chai. Almost everything seemed fresh except for a couple of items (barbeque chicken, chilli idli). All the gravies were well made. Excellent value too. Service was pleasant. Restaurant is well decorated and spacious“
“Tried Chicken Mandi and Seafood MandiOne of the best places to have your grill mandi. It's a crowded place most of the time.Biryani was all time favorite but I can add Grill chicken, tandoor chicken,Mandi rice and Falooda to all time favorite list ? over here.Great service and nice music.“
“Had a lunch Buffett with family on Sunday. The place is amazing. I loved the ambience. It’s pure veg restaurant which is what I had been looking for in Alpharetta region. Masala dosa, mysore masala, veg curries were all delicious. My kids loved the desserts - moose and fruit muffins. I personally enjoyed the gulab jamun and rava laddu. I think this is going to be my go to place from now onwards as they have multiple options - Dosa nights, Thali on weekdays, unlimited pani puri on Tuesday. The staff was generous, we also enjoyed watching IPL while having lunch Buffett. 5 stars from me.“
“Went for Dinner and tried their food first time-Service was quick and atmosphere was good, big sitting place and Punjabi/hindi music to keep the vibe of the place.Tried 2 dishes-Medu Vada- Taste delicious all vada, coconut chutney, tomato chutney and Sambar, sufficient quantity for 1( only thing is quantity of Sambar was less but you can ask for more and they don’t charge for it :) )Chilli Paneer Dosa- It tasted good but if you want to have dosa don’t order this one, it is more like of chilli paneer wrap, as name says chilli paneer , it was very spicy.Overall we had good experience, we can definitely go again to try another dishes.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian dishes, can opt your choice between dosa, uttpam, veg curries, starters and enjoy your veg food:)Parking: It is located in a complex with ample parking space.Kid-friendliness: There was kid friendly menu section“
“We ordered the veg soup and Paneer Majestic both are 5/5 especially majestic was so good .. it has that flavor and aroma.. also main course we order Gongura veg Biryani it is good .. but not look like Dum style .. over all I would recommend …“
“This is my go to restaurant!! Amazing food, delectable Indian dishes bursting with authentic flavors to the warm and attentive service provided by the friendly staff, every aspect exceeded expectations. The ambiance is inviting, creating the perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. Highly recommend for anyone craving delicious Indian cuisine served with a side of hospitality!?“
“Food is good. Recommend Chole Bhature, Gobi Manchurian, Dal Tadka, Chai, Samosa, Roti, Garlic Naan, Dosa, Idli Sambhar and Vada Sambhar. Being an Indian we are used to having Onion and lemon with any curry because any restaurant in India will typically serve onion and lemon with any curry. When we asked for it we were served it without any cost. Ambience is ok, but because the food and the service is good and cost is reasonable, I could ignore the ambience.Vegetarian options: Most of the dishes are vegetarian“
“As someone who appreciates the nuanced flavors of Indian cuisine, I can confidently say that Rasoi Fusion Indian Cuisine in Roswell, GA has set the bar high. Upon entering Rasoi Fusion, you are greeted by an atmosphere that successfully merges traditional Indian aesthetics with modern design elements. The warmth and comfort of the interior set the stage for a memorable dining experience, matched only by the delightful staff who serve with knowledge and passion. The crowning jewel of our lunch was, undoubtedly, the Chicken Curry. Each bite was a masterful symphony of complex flavors, highlighting the unique blend of spices in an impeccably balanced, rich gravy. The chicken was tender and succulent, indicating the chef's expert handling and care in preparation. My wife opted for the Naan bread and Samosas, both of which were equally stellar. The Naan was soft, warm, and buttery - perfect for soaking up the flavorful curry. Meanwhile, the Samosas were a treat, with a delightfully crisp exterior giving way to a flavorful, perfectly spiced filling. They were an absolute triumph, and a testament to the expertise in the kitchen. Rasoi Fusion takes the idea of a vegetarian-friendly establishment seriously too. The range of choices was substantial, and from what we sampled, the quality of these options was in no way secondary. Although we didn't get to explore a dessert list during our lunch visit, the depth of flavors and satisfying portions left us more than content. In conclusion, if you're in Roswell and have a penchant for authentic Indian cuisine, you'd be doing yourself a disservice by not visiting Rasoi Fusion Indian Cuisine. This restaurant offers a dining experience that sets it apart from others, both in terms of the food and the overall atmosphere. Whether you're well-versed in Indian cuisine or looking to try it for the first time, this place is a must-visit.“
