I pulled up to this KFC drive-through and placed an order for 12 nuggets and a large fry. I was asked to pull aside and they will bring my order to me because the nuggets were not ready. 10 minutes later I calmly went into the kfc, because they are human and forgot the order. I went to the counter with my receipt and calmly said I’d like to just get my order. The young man apologized for my wait and brought me a bag and said here is my order. I would give 0 stars if I could. The lobby is never open. There are utility truck drivers, landscapers, garbage truck drivers, dump truck drivers, etc. that can't take their truck in the drive thru. The lobby could at least be open for people to get orders.

Trash. The people who work here are jerks. My wife and I walked in at 8:40PM, waited patiently for 5-7 minutes until someone noticed us. Front desk is closed you have to go through drive through! Nothing else. I said put a sign up or something, my response? You’re welcome!
