Drove 20 minutes to try Krystal for the first time on a Tuesday at 5pm. The lights are on but the doors are locked and there's no sign on the door informing customers why it's closed. Never saw this before at ANY fast food chain. And reading through the comments, I can see I wasn't the only one who came to this Krystal location during regular business hours only to find out that it's closed. Menu showed one price but I was charged a price much higher , I was told I'd hear from a manager well I'm still waiting!!!!! BTW the number on the receipt doesn't connect you with anyone !!Been few weeks since this happened, an I left a message at the web address I was referred to an still haven't heard anything from anyone , at this point just keep the money , an if others don't wanna get ripped off stay away from this business !!! Zero ?

24 hours and lights on, actively cleaning the drink machines but the employees are hiding in the back to avoid working. Called the 1-800 number they keep leaving on comments and the line is disconnected! Avoid this place !
