Ordered online, website said it would be ready at 8. Food actually came out 8:40, lukewarm. Despite the generous addition of gratis cheesecake, I will not be returning. Service at the counter was good.
I ordered 2 lobster tails and was disappointed. They were small and overcooked. (Tough) The ladies restroom was very dirty. I told one of the employees who did not get someone to come clean it up. The server was pleasant.

I haven't been to a Red Lobsters in years and after this visit, I will not be going back. The hostess area, which is near the restrooms smelled of sewage. We had to wait 20 plus minutes for a table b/c they were short staffed. Once seated, we got great service, but the food was just not that good.
