This is quite literally the worst McDonald’s to ever exist. They have not a singular care in the world about customers. Like the customer service is absolutely awful and the wait times are horrendous. I have been over 6 times hoping that there would be some type of management change and they would get better. The level of incompetence at this location is absolutely mind boggling. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon. After sitting for 10 minutes someone came out and asked what we had ordered before scurrying back inside. After sitting for another 15 minutes I just up and left. I went to this McDonalds this morning and I was extremely disappointed. I asked the employee for two artificial sweeteners for my coffee and she asked what type I wanted and I told her it did not matter. Instead of artificial sweetener she gave me regular sugar. The coffee itself was horrible. It looked like weak tea at best. I really should have gone back and complained, but I just was not up to it.
