Why bother selling it if you’re not going to make them or make enough to cover at least one lunch shift. This is my fifth and last attempt… Not a good look when your brand is associated with constant disappointment!! Do better!

Please do better when serving take out, you need better containers by the time you get outside the door your food is all mixed, especially when serving curry or gravy, please just asking for 2 favors change up the take out containers and please ask your cashiers to be a little more welcoming.

I called to place an order for pick up at 12:02pm was told that my order will be ready for pick up in 35 minutes. My husband got there at 12:30 and was told that the order is not ready because it was not paid for. When over the phone I was not told about payment first so I assumed that when he got to the restaurant he could pay when collecting. The food was not ready until 1:25pm. Absolutely ridiculous. And to use the excuse of the food was not paid for when that was not mentioned over the phone is UNACCEPTABLE. It’s a shame that for a restaurant with such good food that this is the service you have to deal with.

Their service is very slow...I have order 2 doubles at 12:53 pm till 1:25 pm..I sat there for over 30 minutes and still no service...Yes, I fussed and wanted my money back... They claimed that my money is back on my card .. No money on card..Again , it's only five dollars...Remind you this place doesn't have Wi-Fi service.. My friend introduced me to this service when they was taking order online for six doubles...They told us 30 minutes when I arrived there 30 minutes with payment...The person who took the call took out her writing pad and say my friend didn't call... Again, I have to wait 15 minutes...This is probably why they don't do online service anymore..I would never go back to Da One Roti due to bad slow customers service...30 minute is two long for two doubles... Just imagine how long it takes for six doubles as a Walk in service...

For many years I've been hearing about this place. My wife and I was driving down Scenic Hwy and saw the restaurant and decided to try. We will definitely be returning. The service was great. Lovely ladies. The wait was worth waiting for. I'm American, my wife is Jamaican we loved the food. Prices were good too. Keep up the good

Never again! Went here for a quick bite, ordered doubles and was told to wait it’s cooking after my order was taken and paid for so requested a refund as my time was short. The cashier tried to short me my refund by handing me less than I paid then when I brought to their attention he basically threw the different at me with an attitude as if it’s my fault he can’t count. This will be my last time here! Each experience worst than the last. The food is mediocre at best combined with terrible service is not worth it. You’d be better off going to International house of Roti or Eschovichez for Caribbean food that’s actually good.

I enjoy this little slice of Trinidad and Tobago in Snellville. I've had 3 of their rotis (vegetable, shrimp and saltfish) and all 3 were delicious. There a few chairs and tables for sitting and eating, but it's primarily a buy and go spot. I'm here about every other week, my only complaint is that I wish they stayed open a little later. It's 7:15 pm on a Saturday and I was hoping for a roti, but they're closed.

At the time of posting this the health score is an 80 B, with the paper partially hidden behind some other papers and not properly displayed.They handle money and then your food with the same gloves. ?I no longer recommend going here unless none of the above bothers you.
