Great food meets underwhelming service unfortunately. The owner seems like a genuinely warm and welcoming person which comes through in her dishes. I just wish the staff shared that same sentiment. I literally went 3 times in 3 days and saw the same faces with absolutely no smiles or desire to interact.

This is hands-down my favorite Jamaican restaurant. I’ve been getting the chicken curry and oxtails dinner every time I visit. Most recently I tried to j*** chicken spring rolls and the j*** chicken pasta. I wasn’t disappointed, everything was amazing .Chef Suzette Masters everything she makes. Thank you for an amazing culinary experience.

I am vegan and I ordered the vegan brown stew chicken and Vegan red peas soup…when I tell you these were amazing dishes, I mean they were AH-MAY-ZING. This is the closest vegan inspired Jamaican cuisine I have ever had…reminds me of my moms cooking:) very good!

Unacceptable. Cashier said 15 minutes for 2 egg rolls & there were no customers. Out of everything & it wasn't marked out but got the clear message basically the cook didn't want to make anything. I heard the food was amazing so this was extremely disappointing!

We just had the best customer service at this restaurant. Daniel was welcoming, accommodating, patient, and kind. Kudos to him! The food was also pretty good but in a world where customer service can be lacking, I just had to come here and applaud Daniel! We will be back!

I really enjoyed the oxtails and the curry chicken. It tasted super fresh and was delicious. They have plenty of different lunch specials so stop in and give them a try. By the way they have a large selection of vegan dishes as we'll . I'm not vegan and lived there vegan selections. My new stop for Caribbean favorites

Super unprofessional. Lady at the front waited until after I paid to tell me that my j*** spring rolls are made to order and will be 25 minutes. That's a lie. I'm still waiting typing this review 40 minutes later. Owner and chef is doing more talking than cooking. Ordering food is a guessing game as they were out of nearly all of my selections.

This place is bad for business I order coco bread and beef Pattie’s. The cocoa bread was hard as a rock as if they heat it up in the Microwave. The beef pattie was burnt. If I had known I should’ve check my order before I left this so call restaurant
Hidden Gem off of the 78. Good Service & Even Better Food! I love the diverse menu options; vegan, seafood, & Caribbean all under 1 roof. Can’t find that anywhere else in the city!

My wife and I had lovely dinner at this establishment yesterday. The service was fantastic, the food was tasty and delicious! I ordered the brown stew pan snapper- it was scrumptious!!! My wife ordered the j*** lamb chops, which was also very tasty. We will definitely go back. Please, if you are in the Snellville area and looking for a great Caribbean restaurant with a personalize service, Exotic Tastez Caribbean Restaurant & Louge is the place to visit!!!

Ok so I’m a bit of a foodie and Caribbean food is my number one go to. I’ve eaten at countless places in Philly, NY, LA and now GA. Exotic Tastez is BY FAR MY FAVORITE! Their ox tails, their seafood, their desserts, their vegan menu…ALL get an A++ My advice is call in or get there early because they sell out of desserts and patties fast. I think they really might have without a doubt the most versatile and tasty menu in Caribbean restaurant history! The best in Atlanta!!!

I never had a chance to experience the food. I ordered from Door Dash, and they sent me the wrong food. I am vegan, instead of the vegan burger and wings I ordered, I received shrimp and salmon. I understand people make mistakes, so thats not my issue. My issue is, they insisted I return the wrong order (after the order had been at my house at least 30 mins) in order to receive my correct order. After complying with their wishes, my Dasher informed me that she could not retrieve my correct order because the restaurant was waiting to receive MY order from the person it was sent to (after this order was God knows where for 30+ minutes) COMPLETE COVID Hazard. Do not recommend.
