It’s not exactly a high end brunch spot, but it’s always crazy insanely packed. I can only attribute its overpopularity to the fact that it’s in a quasi food desert where the only other thing available is really sad ethnic food or commercial strip mall fare. Anyway, the wait is always way too long even apparently at 11am on a Wednesday, they will mislead you about how long it’s really gonna take, and then you’ll sit at your table forever with the waiters studiously ignoring you as they breeze by, and then there’s ANOTHER long wait for the food to come. Atmosphere is nice but loud AF. You will spend 5x as long waiting around as you do eating.Look, the food is alright enough, and probably the best brunch around, it’s like eating at a nice diner, but it’s not out of this world by any means.On top of everything else, had a pretty negative experience today… ordered eggs florentine, which came with “avocado,” which in reality was the smallest and most pathetic slice of avocado I have ever seen on a sandwich. When I asked the waitress if this is all it came with, she asked if I wanted her to get more. She returned with a small tin of completely browned up inedible avo which looked like it had been scraped off a plate on its way to the garbage (not even kidding, it had some white residue on it that suspiciously looked like it had been previously sitting on feta cheese).In my mind, she was trying to make up for the lack of avo on the sandwich by bringing me more; but when the bill came this girl had tried to charge extra for a “side of avocado.” Madness lol. Why not just tell people yall don’t have fresh avocado to go around instead of serving up a health code violation? Seriously.Busy, understaffed, long, deceptive. Next time I’ll just take my chances with the strip mall food I think.

I have been at this restaurant two times now and their service was quick. I ordered a caramel iced coffee with cream and it was the bomb. I also ordered an omelet with a salad and bread took it home and warmed it up while I cooked my hash browns in the air fryer and it was delicious. This restaurant definitely deserves a 5 star for sure.

Food is great, the only issue I had with todays order was my kids favorite they forgot the fruit cup. I was rush I guess my fault for not checking to make sure everthing was in there.

I’ve eaten many times at the Snellville First Watch and enjoy going there but, this morning was not a very pleasant experience. We were seated at 11am and our food came out at 12:10p and 12:15p. I truly believe our waitress forgot to place our order. I think she may not have done it intentionally but ,it got lost among her orders.

I ordered the Trifecta with blueberry pancakes, egg over medium & chicken sausage patty. I also ordered the morning meditation fresh juice. The food was lukewarm upon arrival but the taste was good. The service was mediocre but they were fairly busy. I had better food & service at the Loganville location.
The lady who took care of us was extremely nice and helpful. The food is okay.

We visited this location today. Sat at the community table for 15minutes never was acknowledged. We had to ask the hostess who the waitress was, she finally come from the kitchen with other customer's food and still didn't say anything to us. She didn't say 'I'll be right with you' sorry for the wait, I'll be right with you all- NOTHING! We sat there for another 5minutes until we ultimately left! Very disappointing. I understand when it's crowded (I'm patient) but the least she could have did was acknowledge us! (CUSTOMER SERVICE 101).

I asked for a new coffee mug, as the one I was given wasn’t cleaned and had lipstick on it from the previous user. The waitress took the mug back to the kitchen and presumably wiped it off and then brought it back to me, still with lipstick smudged along the rim. Meanwhile, there’s a brand new stack of coffee mugs right next to our table so I went and grabbed a new one.

I'm addicted to their purple haze. ? I get it Togo ofcourse. Their energy is always good. I'm not a fan of their food, It doesn't agree with my palete. However the customer service keeps me coming back for a quick run in.
