Visited this store today at 2:45 pm. A young light skinned young man who wore glasses, took my order. I ordered the giant original Italian and the kahuna. After receiving my order, realized the kahuna was not the size I wanted. I wanted. Giant Kahuna. The young man who prepared the sub, said no problem he would make the other half, making it a giant. Perfect! I was prepared to pay the balance for a giant kahuna but the young man with the glasses wanted to charge me for another sub vs paying the difference. I said no, I’m not paying $3.00 more for a sub, if you can’t adjust the price, I no longer want the order. He proceeds to getting loud because I no longer wanted an order he refuse to make the proper adjustment. Other customers were there and telling him he was wrong and needs to work on his customer service. After receiving my refund I went to the location in Tucker and received exceptional customer service! I will go to Tucker from now and spend my money where it is valued! Snellville location needs to train their employees how to properly handle their customers. I will not return here!

We have ordered via the Jersey Mike's app for delivery many times. We are having many items in our home renovated and want to treat the workers to lunch. We have been ordering for several months for these workers. Over the past 8 weeks, the accuracy of orders as well as the quality has gone downhill. My last 5 orders have had many item which were paid for not delivered. Most often, this location "forgets" to pack drinks and chips. At the price charged for each bottle of soda and bag of chips, this quickly adds up to lots of money for non delivered items. Calling the store for a refund is almost laughable. Employees don't know how to issue refunds or want to argue about the missing items.One once has the store sent the missing items with an employee to make things right.While we normally enjoy Jersey Mike's sandwiches, but now find that it isn't worth ordering from them because we cannot choose a different location and the Snellville location is not capable of accurately filling an order.

I love Jersey Mikes. However, the Snellville location is the worst location I’ve been to since I begin patronizing this restaurant. I initially discussed my complaint with the manager, but she appears to be incompetent. So, I later scanned the QR code and submitted a complaint (almost 2 weeks ago) and no one has reached out to me yet. There also does not appear to be anyway to reach a district manager or the corporate office. This is no way to run a good business.

I always get excited about my visits to JM since I was introduced to it a few months ago. I've visited Atleast 4 different locations and unfortunately this was my least favorite experience. I always get a #64 with added provolone, Chipotle mayo on the rosemary parmesan bread and I was soooooo disappointed when I got my sub and it had no mayo on it, and was on white bread and the mushrooms and onions were black (doesn'ttake long to overdue a shroom but the black onions were odd)...I live in a different city so I didn't go back but to say I was let down from my usual experience is certainly fair...service was good, ladies were cordial despite seeming a little short staff (there were only 2 and 1 was a manager so I'll attribute the mistake to understaffing and will try to visit again and update this review)I got a second sandwich that was for my MIL she didn't complain, so I guess it was ok

During my initial visit to this place, I observed only two employees behind the counter. Despite my straightforward order, a regular big kahuna on white with no modifications, the process became a bit chaotic! Two customers ahead of me seemed to confuse the young lady at the counter, and as another customer walked in, he hesitated to join the line due to the growing confusion. One customer mentioned waiting for 20 minutes, prompting the frustrated individual to leave.Amidst the confusion, the young lady asked me about lettuce and tomatoes. Sensing a mix-up, I declined. It turned out she had confused my order with that of the gentleman who had been waiting for over 20 minutes, and his displeasure was evident.Though she greeted each customer and assured prompt service, the long wait made the experience less enjoyable. Whether it was a staffing issue, new employees, or a consistently long wait time at this location, my first impression wasn't favorable.On a positive note, after a 24 minute wait, my sub was delicious, perhaps hunger played a role in that!

This store never has enough staff to keep up with demand. It took over 30 min to get 4 sandwiches. We have orders online before and when arriving at specified time still had to wait 15-20 min for food. This evening it took 40 min to get food and they ran out of bread. No sign posted on door Uber and online orders still coming in and only 2 people working. The store also needs a deep cleaning . This location just needs to close and reopen after training and overhaul.

Completely ignored. Waited for the guy to take my order but instead he worked his online orders and then took the order of the guy that walked in and didn't acknowledge me. So I had to leave and go to Jimmy John's instead.

I can't lie my 1st time ordering the sub was great!!!! But next time even though I love onions I will ask for no onions. Either they put to much or the onions were to strong I only ate half my sandwich. Lol lordy the taste is still on my breath. But other than that it was fresh ty just ill ask for no onions next time around!

This is my last visit to this location. I have been a JM customer for many years, but this location seems to have seriously gone downhill. On this visit I ordered a regular tuna sub. When I questioned the counter person about the ultra thin layer of tuna on it I was told that's how much he's told to put on. I should have just said never mind and walked out. I've been getting that same sandwich for many years and know how much tuna it should have on it. Aside from that, they did not have any tomatoes to make it Mikes way. On previous visits it has taken forever just to get through the line. Other locations I frequent, which get much more walk in traffic, move you through in a jiffy. Like I first stated, this is my last visit to the snellville store.
