If you don’t want your food cold don’t come here! My husband and I came here and order the steakhouse Mac and cheese and we noticed that our Mac n cheese was ice cold almost frozen so we told the waiter and manager and so they brought us what we thought was fresh hot Mac and cheese well we were wrong it was the same Mac and cheese as before and STILL COLD. So we came here hungry and left hungry. Thankfully though the manager was nice enough to give us a free dessert. It was yummy but I wasn’t expecting to eat ice cream and cake for my dinner.

Unfortunately I dont like leaving bad reviews but I have to say something. I went for my birthday and ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken w/ ribs. The ribs were dry and chicken just ok. Our server was Leslie started great but ended w/ disengagement of the table. We waited and waited, my daughter said maybe she had other tables but when I got up to go to the hostess, she was standing there talking. All we needed was another togo box and my dessert. At that point I hate I closed my tab and tipped her, never again. The food is much better on Killian Hill also the service. The best part of my meal was the spinach dip. Ill never go outside my comfort again. The only reason i went there because what I wanted was not available and now I see why.

Went here yesterday and ordered the Flo's Filet with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli and paired it with a juicy Lobster tail. My steak ? came out Medium, just the way I like it and my Lobster tail had extra melted butter on the side. Omg, all of the food was great and our server, David was super nice, very polite and always had a Smile ? on his face. Be back to this location very soon. Thanks for the awesome service once again...

Mostly order Togo but I always order the same thing as you can tell their consistency is very good !!! And the mangers here always ask you is everything okay dine-in our if you’re taking out ! Only thing I hate how busy the plaza is but I’ll deal with
Cook Rome did excellent on the food. Season chicken wings, love it. All of our food was cooked to perfection. Our server was excellent, great customer service Ethan M so friendly and nice. We will becoming back.

I have been here a few times, and I'm very disappointed, because, each time I go, the wait is crazy long! the food is good, so, I can't complain about that, but I do not think I will be coming back, because the last time I went, I actually sat at the table with my family for close to an hour! we felt like we were forgotten. The service was absolutely horrendous, but since we were already there, we didn't get up and leave. I work in the area and sometimes this is a go-to place for lunch because I love the salads, but it's always a wait. I understand places are busy but the few times I have gone it's been an unprofessional atmosphere.
