This McDonald’s has disappointed me time and time again. The staff is slow, lazy, and rude. My order is never correct. I always have to pull forward onto a drive thru parking spot to receive my food. If you come by late at night an hour before they close, the staff ignores you in the drive thru and will not service you. I’m not coming back.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at an Mcdonald’s. A worker named Tracey yelled at me when I was confused about something. She did not have to yell and be rude about something very small. A customer service worker should atleast have some human decency. One of the worst service workers ever.

Ordered via DD and the location decided to lock their doors HOURS before close. Refused to even acknowledge my DD driver, and our order ended up being cancelled 1hr after it was supposed to be delivered. Very poor. Disappointed.

Drive thru is inefficient and run the absolutely worst way. They take everyone's order, make them park and one person brings out the food going to every single car to figure out who it belongs to. The food is then cold. No one got their food at the window. Going to Chick Fil A next time.

I don’t know who they expect to eat this. How tasteless of them to make a sandwich like this. When my family and I pulled into the drive through the gentleman who took the order claimed he couldn’t substitute a McFlurry for a drink. McDonald’s does this often and I just think he was too lazy to do it. Poor service poor presentation of food. The. Everyone was laughing like it was funny. I will not be going back to that location

Terrible customer service and attitudes. I ordered a kids meal with a sprite. When given the sprite it was red so I stated that I ordered sprite not fruit punch. The employee said it is sprite I just made the mistake and pressed fruit punch first then sprite that’s why it looks like that. I asked her to remake with only sprite and she scoffed and rolled her eyes before taking 5 minutes to remake. As of that was a silly request.
