I understand that everybody is slow, I understand that everyone is understaffed, but to not let your customers sit and wait for over 3 hours is ridiculous

Worst place to order pizza, what happen to Pizza Hut? I ordered a large pan double pepperoni pizza with a 8 piece boneless wings. I got the pizza but for me it doesn't look like a double pepperoni. And I didn't even got the wings. I called and waited 9 min to speak to someone. I got a credit back with the store not to my bank. And am not even gonna used it.

Placed a pickup order online. I purposely did not leave a top on my card when I paid because I wanted to see the customer service when I picked my order up. Immediately the girl at the counter ruined her tip once I told her my name. She rolled her eyes so therefore my cash tip went with me (:

I ordered a personal pizzas and it was bitten also it didn't have the right ingredients also my ranch was missing and the delivery guy was higher off weed and was looking at my wife creepy because she was wearing shorts and still wanted tips don't recommend phone lady is so rude

On the Fourth of July I was trying to order some food for my family to watch the fireworks and his SOBs canceled my order because they said the closed but the app allowed me to order they just sorry as hell employees they should all be fired

Just went to the Pizza Hut on the corner of Oak Road 124 and Snellville had ordered Curbside carry out online go to the Pizza Hut showed me that the order been done I waited waited finally walked inside about 10 maybe 11 minutes later and said I ordered carry out curbside she goes gets my order says is there anything else I said so that's curbside carry out huh The lady inside with a bad attitude says I'm the only one in here I can't go out , then you shouldn't have it as an option on your online ordering system to have curbside carry out if they can't do it and God I wish I could get my tip back

This is the worst Pizza Hut location. Worst customer service and completely unprofessional. Not once but twice have I waited over an hour for a delivery only to find out after calling that it wasn't going to come because their oven wasn't working. Never again will I order from this location. Papa Johns and Domino's have been more reliable.
If I could give a zero star review for this location I would. Last Friday, I placed an online order for delivery. I had just gotten home from work and my son was hungry so we place an order at 8:06pm. I gave him my card and then fell asleep. When I woke up at about 9:40pm, my son was asking me where the food was as it had not yet been delivered-- almost two hours later. As you can imagine, I was extremely confused because they had sent a text to my phone at 8:24pm that the order was out for delivery. So naturally, I called the store to figure out what was going on. The employee told me that the location "isn't doing deliver today". Not only have I never heard of this, but they took my money and proceeded to update my online tracker, just to let us sit around for almost two hours with no courtesy of informing us. To add insult to injury, the employee who answered the phone was so nasty & condescending towards me and had the audacity to hang up in my face when I asked about my refund. I made a follow up call the following Monday just to confirm the order was canceled and I would get my refund, considering how the call ended last time. And again I was hung up on. I feel I have to report the incident to corporate just so I can make sure I'll get my money back. This is not only the absolute worst experience I've ever had with Pizza Hut, but any restaurant ever!! For your own sake, do yourself a favor and do NOT patronize this location and NEVER place a delivery order from them.

Ordered a pizza at 6:38 it’s now 9:03 called the store they said it was delivered but it was the wrong house I live in a townhouse and was literally waiting outside. No pizza came. When I asked the lady on the phone why I wasn’t called wasn’t it protocol? She said to stop yelling at her ( which I clearly was not ) I wasn’t even that upset I just wanted them to deliver the pizza promised over two hours ago. And I politely asked for a discount as I’ve waited over two and a half hours Now going on three for the pizza. The staff member that answered the phone was extremely rude and has no business in customer service. I’m literally almost afraid to feed this pizza to my children because this staff member was so rude I believe she may have tampered with the product.

Stopped ordering from here years ago because my order never arrived and ended having to go get it. Decided to give them another chance tonight. BAD IDEA. Same lousy delivery service. Estimated time when I ordered stated 35-45 minutes. While the order did leave the store within 30 minutes, it was another 35 minutes before it arrived. Pizza was already cold. Additional note: there is no covid precautions being practiced. Driver had no mask, no gloves and boxes are not sealed. Not in a "food safe liner" as their covid-19 statement claims.

Ordered over two hours ago, and the order still hasn’t showed up even after getting a notification that it was out for delivery over an hour ago. Never ordering from them again. They might as well close down.
