Let me start by saying that this location is trash. The food was good as always, but the service is the absolute worst. Popeyes is notorious for poor customer service. The Snellville location specially is extremely egregious with now nonchalant and apathetic they are towards customer service. Myself and several customers I know deal with it because the food is good, but taking 2 apple pies out of the trash and giving them to me is extremely disrespectful.I went through the drive through and was told I had to pull forward and my food will be brought out to me. Okay, no big deal. When my food arrived, there were two problems.A) The bag was missing a side for one of the 3 meals I ordered. (I unfortunately didn't catch this until I got home. smh)B) They place two biscuits in the bag instead of the 2 apple pies I ordered. I go inside to notify them of the mixup. The cashier told me that there weren't any pies ready and offered a couple different replacement items that I wasn't interested in. He said he can drop some if I was willing to wait. I told him no thank you and I'll just take a refund. That's when he looked confused and worried. He paced back and forth a couple times looking for a solution and offered a couple more items. I declined and said I just wanted the refund. With deep concern told the Manager, who was standing at the end of the counter, then they both went to the back of the store... The manager came back to the counter, and the cashier came back up a few moments later with a bag and two apples pies. They were cold and hard. I'm assuming the pies came from the trash because they did NOT come from the Kitchen or the heated staging area that is clearly visible for all customers to see.Why in the world would you give me food that did NOT come from the kitchen and think that is okay? I will NOT go back to this location ever again. Nor will I recommend this location to anyone I know or meet. If you are reading this, save yourself some frustration and do NOT go to the Popeyes Snellville location. It's not worth the time you have to wait, having to deal with abrasive employees who don't even seem to care, the frustration of getting your order wrong, and the negative energy of getting pissed off because you knew better than to go here anyway. Don't do it. Save your money and your piece of mind.

I decided to ride through the drive thru and immediately wished I had gone elsewhere. 2 cars in front of me waited 20 minutes, the speaker system is terrible and the young lady taken orders was short and seemed to be rushing me to finish my order. When I get to the window there was no greeting and my food was just shoved out of the window with no words.

It's been a year since I last been to Popeyes. Especially this location. They used to be ridiculously slow for service. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the service was this recent visit. Good customer service as well from the employees as well.

I dont even know where to start. This has to be hands down the worse popeyes I've been to and its not even in the "hood". Its in a nice area. Half the time I go there, the inside is locked and a bunch of employees sitting around doing nothing and not taking orders. Also I dont feel you need to be "chipper" like chik fila, but geez the employees at this popeyes be looking so damn unhappy. Like go to church or get some therapy for your trauma. The other night I made an online order and when i got there the resturant was "closed for repairs". The service at this popeyes is hot trash.I cant do it no more. I'm going to just drive an extra 5 miles to the popeyes on Pleasant Hill. Now to show this review isn't personal, when I actually am able to obtain some food its usually well made so the actual food isn't bad. Just the staff and service. Too much dark energy in that location for a place that makes awesome chicken

Went in at 7:30pm all the doors where locked, then I decided to go through the drive thru . I was waiting for at least 30 minutes and no one took my order. I drove off and went to another restaurant instead. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Wait in. Line for one hour and 30 minutes for my order but the worst part was the door was locked so drive thru only and there was 6 to 7 employees sitting down eating with the manager then about half of them decided to go outside and smoke weed and then the other half came back to work and if you don’t believe me I have the picture to prove it this store need a make over with new management and new employees

Worst experience ever I set in the drive thru with no response after 8mins of waiting. I go insides to workers standing around with gym pants on hanging below their butt and go Outside to smoke weed just to come back inside to steal chicken to trade for weed. Store needs new management quickly.
You know what worse than eating fried foods. It's worse when it's over fried and it's hard as a rock. Tried the Flounder Fish Sandwich. Asked for it twice, and both times, it was over fired, dried, and tough. Wendy's is much better.

Doesn’t matter the location, the experience is the same. Popeyes can’t get right. Ordered via the app. Waste of time. App says drive-thru, waited 15 mins to be told I have to come inside. I go inside, another 20 minute wait and boom…they don’t have my order. No nuggets. No Mac and cheese. Had to basically give me other food to avoid a 30 min wait for more food to be made. Skip Popeyes and go to anywhere else besides this. I get better chicken and service a Kroger and Publix and their grocery stores…

The experience here was absolutely useless, the team and the manager are rude and slow. There is no sense of communication or urgency. They have no sense of customer service or decency to effectively communicate.

No customer is in the store and the wait is long, tables are dirty, the employees of young men pants by their butts, clothes not clean for serving food. The worker was smoking outside, he came in went to do something with the food instead of washing his hands first. They need to do better.
