Ordered from the bartender, who has no personality or customer service about herself. My order was wrong & not served the way I wanted it. (I ordered a caesar salad with added onions and lemon vinigarette dressing and garlic seasoned crab legs) ) The GM was told but didn't offer any empathy or accomodations, and I was totally dissatisfied. That location is sub par and I won't go back there.

This is worst Red Lobster in the state of GA! The manager Alice needs to be fired! She is reason why the young employees don’t care to work or properly serve the customers! She has absolutely NO management skills whatsoever! The food is always cold and nasty compared to how other Red Lobster locations prepare their food. This place needs to be closed! No matter the time of day or day of the week this food is always nasty & the management and staff are ALWAYS rude & disrespectful!! Go elsewhere!!!
When I arrived at this restaurant- bell ringing when door opened. The person at the front counter “Sandy” twisted around and began wiping the counters behind her. I picked up a menu for a takeout order. When I was ready to order she continued cleaning as if I was invisible, I’m black. I’ve never been to this Red Lobster before and will never go back.
