Dr. Ellis is awesome, and so is the entire staff at Snellville Oral Surgery. Friendly and professional, they allow you to feel completely at ease. I received oral surgery at this facility. I was told to make a $500 down payment for my procedure (this was an Estimation of fees), and Sandy informed me that I would be refunded the amount covered by my plan once it was ran through the system. Upon contacting Snellville Oral Surgery- I spoke with Joyce and I was continuously interrupted and told "I don't know what else to say or there's nothing else I can do." Upon requesting a list of the contracted fees with my dental savings carrier, she stated happily that they're prices listed with my dental plan are incorrect and "Do you not know how your plan works?". Dr. Ellis was great, but this interaction, miscommunication and misinformation over a $500 payment, with his office staff truly has created a very dishonest approach of payment. I will not be returning as a patient due to the lack of transparency with fees, and lack of knowledge regarding accepted plans. My services were performed great by the oral surgeon, but do to the interactions of the office staff, have truly ruined my wish to continue to be a patient at this facility.

Awesome Staff !! Dr. Ellis is wonderful. Both of my daughters had wisdom teeth pulled and everything went just fine. My wife had an implant put in and hasn't had any problems. The staff met our needs and was very patient with my family. I recommend Snellville Oral Surgery to anyone.

My husband had two teeth pulled 2 weeks ago he's been back twice because the pain or bleeding has not stopped the dentist told him he was lying about the bleeding and pain that he just wanted a prescription. We just left there today and there are three more people sitting in the waiting room do to them still having pain and bleeding after having teeth pulled . They are very unprofessional. I don't recommend this place to anyone my husband will be going to a different dentist tomorrow.
