Decided to get a sub using a coupon that is mailed on a regular basis. Taped to glass on the topping cooler was a torn piece of paper (very small) saying "no coupons". I asked why...the response was "owners not doing this month'.Sooo...they would rather I walk away and give them no business vs. give a discount and make a sale! ....which is what I did. No wonder they had no business.Btw..the second employee was sitting at customers tables on his phone. This was a friday evening and the three fast foods next to them were extremely busy. I won't ever return.

Upon entering the store I saw a black male eating in the back with gloves on. There was another lady helping someone. The black male walked out and ask to help me. I was a little taken back because he did not change his glove he’s waiting for me to order. I asked him to change his gloves which he did and then he proceeded to take my order he puts my sandwich into the toaster and walk back to where he came from eating before, and at that point it was rude and disrespectful I know he went back there to eat with the same gloves and I just didn’t want to keep going through that with him. I cxl my order and left.

Twice I’ve come to this Subway in the am when they were supposed to be open. BOTH TIMES they were not open because the openers were late. The first time I watched them enter 10 minutes after they were supposed to be open. Today it’s 12 minutes past opening and they are just now setting up.

Placed the order at 12:28 pm with the expectation that it would be ready at 12:45pm. When I entered the restaurant there was one lady working with a line of customers and no acknowledgement of of express order customers when I came into the lobby and by the cash register. The main purpose of choosing subway over Jimmy John's or any other sandwich chain is for the convenience and speed to to get the food. I waited patiently in the line and as the last person at 1pm (15 minutes after I walked in) I finally got acknowledged and surprisingly two more employees came through the door. As on 1pm I'm still waiting for my food to be made and honestly I'll probably never come back to this location and further more I may just take it back to Jimmy John's for consistency.

This store does not accept coupons. So, if you're a couponer, I'd recommend staying away.With that, the store employees are extremely rude, belligerent, and will give you attitude for no reason.

An older South Asian woman made my group's sandwich. She was incredibly impatient, borderline rude. There weren't any people in line or even in the store at all. She rushed us for absolutely no reason. I say this as someone who worked two years at a busy subway. This was the worst franchise I've been to.
