Conversation with other patrons was great, however the staff did not seem to want to be there and were laughing about giving someone the wrong food at the window. My food was good but it didn't sit well with me seeing how they behaved.

My preferred taco bell in area save Sugarloaf and 316.Gets orders right usually, which is all I usually ask from a Taco bell. Not 100% accuracy, but not bad.

I went inside to order a Chalupa Box. I stood at the register 25 minutes and got totally ignored. They weren’t busy, another customer was standing near me, told me he was waiting for his food 15 minutes , finally got his food and left, says “Good Luck” to me as he walked out the door. When the employee gave him his food, looked at me, and walked back to the kitchen. I left and went to a different Taco Bell, got my food immediately.

Would not take a large bill, food was bad too. Broken taco shells, stale taco and gordiita shells. Made me pull up and wait for them to being out my food in the drive thru.. with no one in line.. I should have left at the sign of not taking cash ?

Every single time I visit the Taco Bell in Snellville Ga. on 124 they have some kind of issue, This week they had no lettuce (how do you serve mexican food with no lettuce?) sometimes they are short staffed and slow as molasses, I suppose they dont think we notice the tacos getting smaller and other items. Rarely is your order correct and Very rarely do they have certain items on their menu. Lots of times they have no cash you have to use card only. Its sad that a restaurtant owner can Try to run a business like that particular one. That being said the Taco Bell in Centerville has Always been good for me, portions are on par, order is normally always right and they will get you thru the drive thru line pretty fast. Not sure if both these franchises are owned by the same person but if not the owner of the Snellville location should visit the Centerville location to see how a Taco Bell restaurant should be ran.

It says a lot when someone says this. It's the worst Taco Bell ever. I substitute meat with beans. Tacos had 5-6 beans in it. Qasadilla had so much sauce and cheese and the same ratio of beans. It was soggy and extremely runny. I probably got a bean in every other bite.
