Employee at this location has the worst customer skills, Thin black female with pink hair. When you asked for numerous sauces, she always gives you just 2, no matter how much you order. When you ask for more, she gives you 1 or 2. It appears she intentionally trys to annoy the customer, well she succeeded with me. I want patronize this location anymore.

I literally JUST pulled up to the window and I wanted to look at the menu for all of a couple of seconds. Lashonda B gave horrible customer service she immediately told us that if we’re going to look at the menu for literally all of 20secs that we needed to come inside to order because there’s a time limit. Mind you it was none behind us it was just us in line. Any other time I go to Taco Bell the service isn’t like that and I’m not being rushed. I wasn’t even in line for 1 min and her tone was if she had an attitude about us asking if she could politely wait while i looked at the menu. Any other time I’ve been to Taco Bell I always take atleast just skim the menu for all of 10sec without a problem . It was no “hello” or “goodbye” it was just silence even after I said thank you .

This Taco Bell is great late at night but there day crew was awful. Please tell the girl with the purple hair that it is disgusting to touch your phone with gloves on then use those same gloves to prepare food. They were also very rude and the food did not look good. Regretting coming today

Arrived at the location at 10:00 this morning and was told that they no longer had any eggs and by the time they made more breakfast would be over. They stated eggs would be 30 minutes which is clearly still within the time frame of them serving breakfast. Very disappointed but this happens at this location quite often they seem to stop doing breakfast whenever they feel like. Contacted corporate and left a review. RGM called less than 10 minutes after apologizing for the employees. Which is understandable nice of them to follow through but honestly the RGM shouldn't have to apologize for the staff for not doing their job.Edit: was able to drive to the next closest Taco Bell and they were able to complete the order no issue. Taco bell was one of the homies when I was struggling. Now that I done came up, and switched up, I'm mostly here out of loyalty.Lemme edit my review, this taco bell has better food and is faster than the one on 78.
Either shut this taco bell down or fire all those females that work there and hire non ghetto happy pleasant females thxxI'm not getting into details but the reviews are correct every single negative issue at this

Customers in drive thru are requested to come inside to order! Only one or two employees, forced to use kiosk to order a 9-10$ taco and drink. Unacceptable,turned around and fixed dinner at home.

Food is decent only when you order within one hour of opening time.People working ghetto and rude.Go through the drive thru they tell you you have to come in to place an order so why the hell you got a headset on ? That’s like the 5th time I’ve came through the drive thru and literally drove through because yall are too lazy to do your damn job ! GET ANOTHER ONE!
