Let me start of by saying the Cook was Great and Helpful. The Server was sitting down when I arrived on her phone with 8 tables stacked full of dirty dishes.....8 tables. Not inviting at all. She was very blah when taking my order but nice, i suppose. Then when it come to payment, I was paying with a gift card split payment with my debit card. She punched a bunch of buttons and said, your card has no money on it. So I called and confirmed there was 20.00 on it. She said, oh you will have to pay cash and gift card. I said no, I have done this before. She replied, well I dont know how to do it so you are going to have to use "REAL MONEY" and shrugged her shoulders at me. WTH does that mean? I kindly declined and left. Went 4 miles down the road to another waffle house and ordered and paid with no issues. Yes, I left a great review on the other location. Waffle House Centerville/Snellville - DO BETTER.

They have a very lil lil I mean little sticker on the cashier desk not on top not in a noticeable spot it actually under the Register that you can't see until you sit down after you pay that's to-go so if you aren't getting it to-go you won't see it that tells you they add a tip to you meal. Then they give you a receipt that requests a tip so I pay 18 for my meal then pay over 10 in a tip for my meal. Smh... this is take-out but I would check my receipts with dine In its deceitful

Employees and location were perfect just like my 3 pork chops and 7 eggs hash brown with everything. Waffle House should be ashamed at not paying their employees more. The need a Teamsters Union.

I really think i got played. One $9 breakfast plate with side grits and smothered hash browns and somehow it cost $27. Never will i go back there again. RIDICULOUS!
Order online and pick up. Since they were busy I really didn’t check the bag until I got home and nothing I ordered was in the bag. I spent almost $70 worth of food and didn’t get what I payed for definitely not ordering from there again

I watched the cook losing control of orders sending out orders not right. I asked for medium rare steak was overcooked. Was trying to give me burned bacon I stopped it. Then on top of it, everyone pays attention to your to-go orders the more you spend the bigger the service charge and tip. Do not tip twice and they giving 1 pack of ketchup for $5 now. On to-go orders. Also, the waiters tried to explain to me they taxed on the to-go orders tipping system not my problem. Do not forget to ask for a large coffee same price as a small one. We all pay taxes. These restaurants are getting out of control with all of these fees. One girl with glasses seems as if she does not even want to take to-go orders. You chose the job stop being rude and down low nasty. Do cooks not have to cover their hair the young lady cooking no gloves weave cute but not covered . We all know that fake hair sheds. Nothing against weaves or any style of hair but pull in back or wear hair net. (All hair sheds we do not want it in our food )

I’m with a group of four and we enter mid afternoon and we’re the only ones there. We immediately got seated, and the place looks clean and neat, but the issues started when our orders were taken. Our server was very sweet, but couldn’t seem to ever get our order 100% down, because she returned to the table no less than three times to go over the full order again to make sure everything was right. That wouldn’t necessarily be an issue, however when we got our orders, several things were still incorrect despite being the very things we’ve clarified multiple times by that point.What surprised me the most, was that we never received real utensils or dishes for our food, but rather everything was served to us in the to-go containers. We were dining in, and we all found that particularly unusual.For this visit though, the staff were pleasant but it’s clear that corners are being cut and there was clearly some miscommunication behind the counter.
