Drive through person handed me my food and shut the window without saying a word. So I waited thinking there was more, but no. She opened the door and said, " that's all of it".And shut the window.Must've been having a bad day.
Food was good! Didn't take long to get my order. The problem was with the lady who took my order and payment. She was very rude when placing the order. Kept interrupting while asking a question and while placing my order. I tried completing the survey but the store number that was given to me was incorrect. When your expectations are kept to a reasonable level, things become much better. At the end of the day it was just typical fried seafood. But bump the food. Captain D's is an experience. I'd put it over going to a theme park any day of the week.
