I just recently placed an order and called the store and spoke with the manager. The young lady was very courteous and listened to my concerns. She addressed the issues and handled the situation well above my expectations and I was pleasantly surprised. Well done Papa John's, the manager and crew at the N. Henry Blvd. store!!!
I only put 5 stars for this review to be READ!!! Order from some where else...SMH...Shaq you need to take your name off of this pizza or step your game up. I ordered the Shaq A Roni. There was not 1 piece of pepperoni on it. Why would I pay for a large cheese pizza. I went to pick my order up and thank GOD I looked before I paid. The store is a absolute MESS. Thank you Chase! Oh my Shaqaronnie pizza was absolutely perfect! Lots of sauce lots of cheese and lots of pepperoni the crust was perfect the toppings were loaded to the end of the crust thank you, and it arrived hot!
