The line was held up because the Cashier took a bathroom break@11:30am. There were 6 other employees standing round laughing. 5 min of life I'll never get back. some entertainment would have softened the blow.

Service was unexceptional. I asked for my cheese to be toasted on the bread without the meat. After my request, another person took over making my sandwich and after my second request it was still made wrong. I didn't say anything after it was done because they appeared to have an attitude already. I won't go back.
