The time says 11 to be closed but at 10 they’re claiming they’re close, so they’re not doing their job and is lazy and let customers use their points to redeem for food just to be denied saying they’re close when everyone is in a line waiting, all because people don’t want to work their shift. And the redeeming points can’t be refunded…. Who is on shift at this location today at 10 pm on a freaking Sunday March 24, 2024, I think that person or people closing early...read full review

worst customer service, long lines, and the employees look miserable and treat you miserably. whoever took my order, shouted at me in the mic as if I was deaf. incredibly rude. chic fil a or any other places would never treat customers like this lol.

Hands down worst location i have ever been to! Messed our order up 3 times on a mobile order and couldn’t get anything right. This is why the workers deserve minimum wage! Do yourself a huge favor Mcdonalds and take some notes from Chick-fil-a. Seriously.
