Came to this restaurant two weeks ago to try it I spent 40 minutes waiting other people waited on 1st and I was in the Drive-Thru. They did comp my meal. Tonight I have been waiting for 25 minutes. I ordered my food in the drive through 20 minutes ago. I am still waiting. They have got to do something. I will not come back to this particular restaurant even though it is been totally remodeled and rebuilt.
When, we arrived on Saturday Morning there was only one Food Order Cashier trying to take orders, but it was apparent she wasn’t trained well enough to work the computerized cash/ sales register, she was in panic-mode with every customer, which took her even longer to get everybody's order right and processed in this machine. Large and modern MCD with lots of drive thru customers. We went inside. Slight delay in ordering at counter but very courteous service. Slight delay in getting order, but it was correct and tasty. Heir McCaffe coffees, SouthWestern Salad and fries are great. $1 large drink is a deal and self service for drinks is handy. Decor is attractive and restrooms were clean. Thanks for a nice lunch on a very rainy day!
