Susies Wings are good but the customer service is horrible. I haven't ordered from Susies in a year. When I called in my order, they were very rude and disrespectful. They don't repeat your order, talk fast and hang up on you. They act as if you're annoying when you ask them anything about your order. I don't know about you all but when I'm spending my money I want respectful customer service, my order repeated and given the total. Is that too much to ask?!
Great food! I had the shrimp basket with fries and a shrimp egg roll. Food came out pretty quick and was very fresh. Shrimp were cooked to perfection and we're very flavorful. Fries were a perfect ratio of crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. My buddy got the chicken fingers. They had a fish fry batter (which I had never seen before) but we're outstanding! I will definitely return!

Wasn’t sure if I Wanted to order here because of the other reviews but let me tell you something!!!! These wings were so delicious & still hot when they were delivered Even the fries were still hot. I ordered the hot and the hot honey and they were so good!!! I would definitely order here again. I like the fact that the wings are not huge like most restaurants nowadays and the flavor was so good. Thank you for serving tasty hot fresh food!!
